Over 300 miles from home and I was involved in a significant accident making my vehicle undrivable. Joe and his truck were called and were there in a very short time offering to get me lodging, a rental and ride to wherever I needed to go. Over the next 3 weeks they repaired my 2009 Lincoln always keeping in contact and letting me know the status of the work being done on my car. From Day 1 Joe was a better source of information than my insurance company .
After 3 weeks I traveled back to Erie to pick up my vehicle. The vehicle was perfect. Eagle Auto did an amazing job. I would highly recommend their business and their work. Their customer service is second to none. Thank you!!!

When Ken Fisher entered the Marine Corps immediately after high school he fell right into the ranks of others guided by duty, honor and country. His personal ethics and values aligned perfect with the esprit de corps of military service. Later when he launched Eagle Auto Service & Collision Center, the American Eagle was selected as the icon representing the company. Just as the eagle peacefully sails the skies and guards our great America with it's broad wings so to does he and his staff guard the highways that connect our nation and people together. A few days back I was given the great honor to meet Ken Fisher, my father had slid on ice into the ditch and sustained a head wound; the car was badly damaged. Ken responded by not only ensuring the vehicle was tended to but also that my father be treated with care and dignity. It didn't end there. Ken saw to it my family received all their personal affects inside the vehicle they would need to get their life back in motion. He actually mailed the affects to their home, next, he went and visited my father in the hospital (where he quietly slid forty dollars into my father's wallet in case he needed some cash vs plastic), he even (get this) drove my father back to his next stop to a physical therapy center to be sure my father was closer to home. It was a 3 hour round trip! Since the accident I have stayed in contact with Mr. Fisher. Folks all I can say is he is a wonderful man and business owner. The lessons he learned serving our nation spill right into their business. I have spoken with a few of his staff as well and they too are highly professional and very well trained but most of all understand people in crisis. Judging from their quality photos of their service, the positive testimonies of others who have come in contact with Eagle Auto Service and Collision Repair and my very own personal witness of a hero Ken Fisher in action as a retired service member myself (20 years USAF) all I can say is if you are ever in need of ANY auto service call them first! - Rich Kelleher, MSgt (Ret.), USAF

We were in a accident while traveling from columbus ohio to wellsville new york to attend my father in-laws funeral. Our recently purchased car was rendered undriveable and all we could think about was getting to our destination to be with family. The state patrol called Eagle Towing who quickly towed our car and transported us to their facility. We felt like we were rescued. The owner, Ken,personally drove us and our belongings to a car rental and he waited until we had a car and was certain we knew how to get to the interstate.

My wife & I who live in Illinois, drive to our daughter's home in Sterling, MA each Thanksgiving, stopping near Erie as a layover during the drive. Discovered our rear right tire flat the morning of Sunday the 23rd. No way to inflate the tire, calls to a couple of places near our motel came up empty when my wife saw in the yellow pages that Eagle Auto was on call 24/7! Hoping a call might result in a suggestion, we connected with Ken Fisher, the owner. He listened to our problem and said he would do some checking & call back, which he did. Within 20 minutes, he arrived at the motel, inflated the tire, said to follow him to a Sears Service outlet, requested a discount for us of the manager and then REFUSED to accept ANY payment. This man's wife was in the tow truck, on a Sunday. I was stunned at the humanity this man exhibited. I only wish I lived closer to his business...he would get it all. Thanks Ken, you'll never know how much we appreciate your kindness!

I brought my 2005 Toyota Camry to Eagle for Inspection, tires, breaks, and an oil change.

Everything I needed done was completed quickly and correctly. Pricing was very reasonable, and the staff at Eagle was friendly and helpful. Also, good coffee. I recommend Eagle.

I have a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire that has a lot of miles on it but is in good shape other than some significant denting and paint damage. I decided to invest some money in its repair, rather than commit to a new payment. My dents were repaired to perfection and a new paint job was done. My car looks like it is brand new again! I should be able to get a few more years out of it and look good doing it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work.

Our Ford Escape broke down on our way from SC to WNY the Saturday before Christmas. We had it towed to Eagle Auto Service and they did a great job. Someone waited there for us to get there way past closing on Saturday. Then Brian looked our car over on Sunday to let us know what was going on. They kept in constant communication with us through the whole process. We are so grateful for their professional and excellent work.

We were hours away from home, in the middle of a heat wave with temperature(heat index) of 100plus with 6 children. Our vehicle began overheating and warning us our oil was dangerously low. These people immediatly brought us inside gave us refreshments and paused everything to look at our van. After tking care of the oil we were tapped out of money with noone to call for help. They brought our vehicle in paused eveything else and got us on our way! God Bless them for their quality service friendly atmospere, and kind hearts. Thanks to them we made it home safe and sound.
